Kurz Kitchen at Bock

Kurz is a scratch kitchen inside Bock focusing on German beer hall classics with a twist. Our menu changes with the seasons to accentuate California’s bounty, while keeping traditional German dishes our priority. In addition to all that, we’ll have some things that are maybe just a bit outside that mold, like a rotating selection of pierogi, and the best desserts in the hood.

Warm bun, Sepulveda bratwurst, house sauerkraut & whole grain mustard (vegan option +$1)

Thin chicken cutlet, breaded & fried, sweet pickled mustard seed, aioli, local greens

THE MAJORETTE BURGER - $13
2 smash patties, grilled onion, mayo, pickle, on brioche

THE KURZ BURGER - $15
Third pound patty, 6 hour caramelized onion, garlic aioli, sesame seeded bun

LEBERKASE - $13
Think spam but, German & beef! Grilled leberkase served with mustard on a toasted bun
