Food Menu

We’ve partnered with our buds at Biersal to bring you a German-inspired menu. Biersal is led by chef Matt Schooner, who launched the Biersal food truck in 2017, following a life-changing excursion to Germany where his eyes and palate were opened to the symbiosis presented by beer and food. You may have seen Matt over the past seven years, as his primary focus has been working with local breweries to provide tasting rooms’ patrons with a menu of German cuisine designed to pair with (and often crafted using) beer.

SPICY BEER NUTS
sweet and spicy mixed nuts: almond, hazelnut, cashew and pecan

HOUSE SNACK MIX
rye crisps, sourdough crisps, mini pretzels, cashews, spicy hot mustard seasoning

LANDJÄGER
German for "land hunter", a traditional hiking snack of pork and beef dried and cured mini sausage, best paired with your favorite beer

CURRYWURST
classic Berlin style–Bockwurst, caramelized onions, house curry ketchup, house curry powder with a side of fries and house aioli (can be vegan)

CHICKEN SCHNITZEL SANDWICH
our take on the schnitzel with some California inspiration–crispy panko chicken cutlet, jalapeno and lime aioli, butter lettuce and pickled red onion on a brioche bun

BAMBERGER
inspired by the smoked malt beers of Bamberg Germany–beef patty, muenster cheese, crispy Rauchbier braised pork belly, caramelized onion aioli, house made ketchup, and arugula on a kaiser roll

KOFTA KEBAB SANDWICH
inspired by the kebab stalls all over Berlin–mixed beef and lamb Kofta kebab with garlic sauce, roasted red pepper sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, and sumac in toasted flatbread

ZUCCHINI FALAFEL SANDWICH
another nod to the kebab culture in Germany–house made crispy zucchini falafel, tahini, roasted red pepper sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, and sumac
